YOGO ROBOT Unveils the PIOS Embodied Ecosystem at the 5th Global Digital Trade Expo
2026-09-28

Exhibition Background
The Global Digital Trade Expo (GDTE) is China’s only national-level, international, and specialized exhibition focused on digital trade. The fifth edition was held from September 23 to 27, 2026, at the Hangzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center, with the theme “Encounter the Future of AI at the GDTE.” The exhibition covered a total area of over 170,000 square meters and brought together 2,008 companies. YOGO ROBOT and Honghu Hui jointly participated in this exhibition. Capabilities and Features of the PIOS Embodied Ecosystem Distributed System Architecture: PIOS adopts a hierarchical, distributed swarm intelligence architecture that organizes different smart hardware devices into a system capable of layered decision-making, distributed operation, and cross-domain collaboration. It supports multi-robot and multi-task scheduling as well as scenario memory, enabling efficient collaboration and continuous evolution in complex scenarios.

Efficient Connectivity:

PIOS efficiently connects scenario providers, hardware manufacturers, and developers. Scenario providers gain flexible development and hardware adaptation capabilities; developers can quickly integrate and organize hardware; and hardware manufacturers can efficiently enter projects and secure orders without needing to deeply participate in scenario development. It supports complex scenarios and human-robot collaboration for complex tasks, launches human-robot collaborative missions, coordinates development and configuration, and assists OPC entrepreneurs with research, development, data monitoring, and application iteration.

Real-World Applications of the PIOS Embodied Brain

YOGO ROBOT, leveraging a distributed swarm intelligence architecture and the “brain box”—CELL—which integrates hardware and software, is driving the implementation of the PIOS Physical Intelligence Operating System. Today, YOGO has organized various smart hardware devices into practical, real-world application solutions. Healthcare and Companion Solution: By integrating CELL sensor devices and smart door locks, healthcare robots can collaboratively sense their environment, monitor movement, and coordinate with connected devices. In the event of an anomaly, they promptly issue alerts and initiate remote calls, making healthcare and companionship smarter and more efficient. Indoor and Outdoor Security Solution: A robotic dog, security robots, and CELL sensor devices work together to form a customized indoor and outdoor security solution—as demonstrated by the implementation of the Changsha Zhigu Smart Fire Safety Solution, which coordinates across hundreds of buildings. Indoor and Outdoor Integrated Delivery Solution: Delivery robots handle the “last mile” within buildings, while indoor and outdoor delivery robots manage cross-building transportation within the campus. AIoT devices facilitate data integration and hardware communication, and PIOS manages cross-scenario task scheduling.

End-to-End Adaptability of the PIOS Embodied Ecosystem
The PIOS embodied ecosystem does more than just connect hardware; it provides OPC developers, scenario providers, and hardware vendors with a unified capability foundation that is adaptable, collaborative, and scalable. 01 For OPC developers, PIOS encapsulates hardware integration, deployment, and usage, so developers do not need to research hardware themselves and can focus on application development and scenario innovation.
02 For Scenario Providers/Application Developers: PIOS provides development interfaces and adaptable, organizable hardware, supporting scenario customization, human-machine collaboration, and the implementation of complex tasks.
03 For Hardware Providers: Various smart devices enter the OPC ecosystem through PIOS, gaining access to scenarios, developers, and collaborative capabilities—no longer operating as isolated devices.
04 For the embodied industry ecosystem, PIOS achieves integrated hardware and software through its unique Embodied Brain accessories, enabling communication between hardware devices, ensuring the sharing of environments, information, and tasks, and supporting data observation and application iteration—thereby transforming the ecosystem into a “living ecosystem.”

Robots are entering real-world scenarios, truly transforming “software capabilities” into “physical actions.” An embodied intelligence ecosystem—one that is perceptive, executable, responsive, and iterative—is rapidly taking shape. Truly connected. We also look forward to developers, hardware providers, and scenario partners achieving more efficient collaboration through the connectivity and support of the YOGO PIOS system.
