We recently received some good news from our Brazilian partner, Alabia, and would like to share it with everyone.

In the service robotics industry, there is a widely recognized challenge that has long hindered large-scale deployment: elevator integration. Without the ability to move reliably between floors, it is difficult for robots to truly enter buildings; without resolving this issue, widespread market adoption remains elusive.

Now, our partner Alabia, in collaboration with global elevator giant TKE, has transformed this industry-wide “barrier” into an entirely new sales channel.

The star of this collaboration is TOMI (our KAGO5 robot), the first delivery robot launched by TKE Elevators. This marks an in-depth partnership between TKE and Alabia, which TKE officially refers to as an “unprecedented alliance.”

As a German elevator manufacturer with a century of history and operations spanning more than 100 countries worldwide, TKE is promoting the TOMI robot—equipped with YOGO technology—as an optional feature for residential buildings in the Brazilian and Latin American markets.

Behind this effort lies the support of our technical capabilities: speech recognition, biometric technology, and a comprehensive robotics platform solution. These enable the robot to achieve true seamless integration with elevator systems, bridging the “last mile” of cross-floor delivery.

This high-profile launch in Brazil is just a snapshot of YOGO’s global expansion.
